Stocks “hailed as Britain’s next culinary star”
by mentor – MARCO PIERRE WHITE as featured in The Sunday Times, has arrived! Stocks, 24, who was born in Yorkshire, has a pedigree to add to his pugnacity.
He was discovered by MARCO PIERRE WHITE, the fiery star of television
show Hell’s Kitchen, before working with ROUX BROTHERS at Le
Gavroche, with GORDON RAMSAY at Royal Hospital Road, and then to
Paris, where he learnt under the three-Michelin-starred chef, MICHEL DEL
BURGO, who described him as “a genius in my kitchen”.
