Our Choice of Rooms

During your stay at Balbirnie, you will be accommodated in one of our 30 individually designed bedrooms, each quite unique in style and character. For a special stay, you may wish to enjoy one of our deluxe rooms or suites, many of which are enormous rooms with large comfortable beds and magnificent views over the gardens. Our classic rooms can provide double, twin or single occupancy, with each room differing in size, aspect and design, but all with the same amenities.   

Check In and Check-Out Times

You can check-in from 2pm on the day of arrival and check-out on the day of departure is 11am.

Four Poster Rooms and Suites

We have a choice of two luxurious four poster deluxe rooms, both with wonderful views over the garden lawns and fabulous bathrooms. The rooms to choose for that extra special occasion.

Also available are two super suites with separate sitting rooms (one is on the ground floor), perfect for when some extra is required. Ideal for families staying with us too as up to 3 extra fold down beds can be added in each room.

Deluxe Room

All unique, our deluxe rooms are all extremely spacious, with gorgeous views over the gardens or surrounding parkland. All have king size beds and can doubled or twinned as required.

Classic standard double/twin room

Our classic rooms are located all over the original old house, some on the ground floor, some in the eaves, some complete with little staircase entrances. All charming and individually designed for our guest needs. Double and twins available.
