Delegate Rates
MEETING RATES
For conferences involving a day meeting together with lunch and/or dinner, we have a number of different day and residential delegate packages available which can be further personalised for your own event. All our prices are quote inclusive of VAT and are valid until April 2012.
DAY MEETINGS – Day Delegate Rate from £39.00 per person*, inclusive of VAT. This is available for meetings of over 10 delegates, and includes:
- hire of the main meeting room from 9am to 5pm
- morning tea/coffee with shortbread and cookies
- informal finger buffet or two course seated lunch with coffee in either of our restaurants
- afternoon tea/coffee with scones, cream and preserves
- complimentary in-house equipment
- mineral waterand sweeties in the meeting room
- 20% VAT
Please note any additional breakout rooms will be charged in addition.
Small meetings (less than 10 delegates) are charged a room hire rate plus food & beverage requirements separately. Please call us for great value rates.
RESIDENTIAL MEETINGS – 24 Hour Delegate Rate from £149.00 per person*, inclusive of VAT. This is available for meetings of over 10 delegates, and includes:
- standard single accommodation with full Scottish breakfast
- hire of the main meeting room from 9am to 5pm
- morning tea/coffee with shortbread, cookies and fresh fruit smoothie
- informal finger buffet or two course seated lunch with coffee in either of our restaurants
- afternoon tea/coffee with scones, cream and preserves
- complimentary in-house equipment
- mineral water and sweeties in the main meeting room
- three course feature dinner with coffee and petits fours
- 20 VAT%
To upgrade to a deluxe double room for single occupancy, for a small supplement we can offer a 24 hour delegate rate for an extra £20 per night.. Please note that we have 30 bedrooms at Balbirnie - 11 deluxe rooms and 19 standard rooms.
