Balbirnie is an outstanding venue for all types of meetings and special occasions, offering a truly unique and exceptional setting for special events which require bespoke attention.
We are very fortunate to be able to offer you a range of eight different meeting spaces, accommodating anything from small meetings and private dining parties to conferences and product launches for up to 250 guests.
Wonderful news for this year is the well-anticipated launch of our brand new Balbirnie Business Centre, which includes a state of the art boardroom facility called The Boardroom and an adjacent break- out room called The Conference Room, both designed by our London-based interior design team.
The areas are modern in design, light and airy, with extremely comfortable Boss boardroom chairs and solid oak tables. They also offer a superb range of in-built audio visual equipment. The Boardroom can seat up to 40 in different layouts and has an LCD plasma screen and LCD projector, a drop down screen, a DVD player and a surround sound audio system. The Conference Room seats up to 24 in different layouts and also has a range of equipment. The Business Centre can be offered in its entirety on a private basis to one client, providing complete privacy for anything from team away days, to residential conferences and Board level strategy meetings.
