BASIC MEETING RATES

Following is a summary of our basic meeting rates but please call us for more detailed information.

DAY MEETINGS
Small meetings are charged a room hire rate and food & beverage requirements separately. Please call us for great value rates.

For meetings of over 10 delegates, our day delegate rate is currently from £42 per person and includes the hire of the main meeting room from 9am to 5pm, morning coffee with shortbread, a two course buffet or seated lunch with coffee, afternoon coffee with homebaking, in-house equipment and mineral water throughout the meeting.

We also offer the option to upgrade the delegate package to include an additional morning tea/coffee break with Danish pastries and a bowl of fresh fruit in the meeting room. This would be priced at £49.00 per person.

Please note any additional breakout rooms are charged in addition.

RESIDENTIAL MEETINGS
For meetings of over 10 delegates, we currently offer a 24 delegate rate from £162.00 per person to include standard single accommodation with full Scottish breakfast, morning coffee and shortbread, a two course seated or buffet lunch, afternoon tea with homebaking, the hire of the main meeting room from 9am to 5pm, in-house equipment and mineral water throughout the meeting.

To upgrade option to a higher grade of accommodation, we can offer a 24 hour delegate rate of £182.00 for a deluxe double room for single occupancy per night. We also have both partner rates and spouse rates so please ask us.
