We are justifiably proud of the enviable reputation we have for dining at Balbirnie and our team of friendly staff are on hand to make your event a real success.
We are also happy to assist with requirements such as floral arrangements, candles, entertainment, stationery (menu cards, table plans and place cards), and other such incidental items, all of which will combine to help make your event as enjoyable as possible.
We are able to accommodate up to a maximum of 216 for a sit down banquet. Below is the maximum number suitable for each room in different layouts.
Ballroom - 216 on round tables
Ballingal Suite - 100 on round tables
The Orangery - 90 on round tables
West Room - 28 on one table, 50 on round tables
Crichton Room - 30 on one table, 50 on round tables
Dalrymple Room - 20 on one table, 30 on round tables
Garden Room - 16 on one table
Gamekeepers - 24 on round tables
