CHEF DE PASS ‘007’/ JAMES STOCKS @ THE ORANGERY

The crucial link between kitchen and front-of-house, manage delivery of 500 dishes in 3 hours! Fast eye to hand coordination vital, sense of humour essential. Ability to repeatedly say ‘Yes Chef’, or ‘No Chef’. Position currently occupied until further notice, but if you would like to register your interest in this totally unique role then please do so, and we will add to the wait list. Also includes service into the (2 to 6 cover) Chef’s dining table/ The James Stocks Tasting Room.

Day / Night Porter

This job entails mostly day shifts, with 2 nights shifts required per fortnight. You will assist with the set up and servicing of all meeting and private dining areas, and carry out a range of general service duties throughout the shift.

Bartender

General preparation and service of drinks. Live-in accommodation is available with the position.

Receptionist

Superb attention to detail, excellent computer and written correspondence skills required. You must have a smart appearance, be enthusiastic and enjoy working in a busy environment. 5 straight shifts per week, including weekend and evening work.
