Wednesday sees the announcement of 2008’s batch of Michelin stars, with an increase in Scotland’s collection predicted... A place that might have its eyes on the Michelin guide in a year’s time is Balbirnie House near Glenrothes, which has just unveiled its first signature restaurant, The Orangery.
