Depending on when you would like to get married, we propose one of the following
“SUNDAY IN SPRING 2011” EXCLUSIVE USE DEAL OF THE DECADE
Fancy taking over the whole house privately, for what is quite simply the ultimate Balbirnie House wedding?
For any remaining Sundays in Spring 2011, we will offer the whole house with no exclusive use hire charge (based on a minimum 70 guests attending the wedding breakfast), representing a whopping 40% discount!!! Yes, you have just read that correctly....
As a representation, with all guests settling individual accounts for accommodation, you could book Balbirnie House privately as follows - for the main wedding account, 70 guests at £52.95 per person all-inclusive drinks and meal package, in total £3,706.50. (Deal is only dependent on all 30 bedrooms occupied at £55.00 per person, bed and breakfast included). We can happily say that is truly the deal of the decade.
ALL-INCLUSIVE 2011 WINTER/SPRING PACKAGE
Available for any remaining dates between January to March 2011, our superb spring package which is available on any day of the week is available @ £52.95 per person. (minimum daytime numbers of 70-100 depending on which day of the week you are interested in booking apply for the day of the wedding).
(Note – no requirement to take all bedrooms, so the main wedding itself all-in at £3,706.50 for 70 guests.)
BALBIRNIE’S ALL-INCLUSIVE 2010 MIDWEEK PACKAGE
Available for any remaining midweek dates throughout 2010 @ £52.95 per person. Minimum numbers (70) apply for the day of the wedding.
(Note - No requirement to take all bedrooms, so the main wedding itself all-in at £3,706.50 for 70 guests, Mondays to Thursdays even throughout peak summer dates.)
BALBIRNIE’S SMALL AND INTIMATE WEDDINGS
Available on Mondays and Tuesdays (and a few other selected dates) throughout the Year. Please contact us for availability.
Yours will of course as always be the only wedding taking place in the house.
We can offer a choice of The Garden Room (up to 14 guests), The West Room (up to 36 guests), or for a few more guests (36- 70) why not our stunning Orangery, Scotsman Newspaper Top 5 Most Romantic Dining Rooms in the country.

A member of our management team is available to assist you in considering the initial planning stages of your special day. However, we would appreciate it very much if you would telephone for an appointment before visiting for a showround. This would enable us to devote our full attention to your arrangements and would also avoid inconvenience to yourself should you come when we are already engaged in other business.

Please be advised that we never provide client showrounds when an actual wedding reception is taking place at Balbirnie.

Appointments can usually be scheduled within one month (weekday and weekend appointments available) . We will have set aside an hour or so to discuss your wedding and to show you around the building.
